Our professional estimator will come visit your apartment complex, condos, town homes, etc to do a walk-through of various units available on the premise.
Customized Price Schedule
A price schedule customized specifically for your apartment complex, condos, town homes, etc will be presented to the property manager/management company for review and acceptance.
Paperwork
Certificates of general liability and worker’s compensation insurance will be provided. Upon request, the apartment complex, condos, town homes, etc. will be added to our insurance as additionally insured to provide limited risk.
Enjoy Reliable Service
The property manager/management company will be able to enjoy a reliable source of painting services on a recurring, as-needed basis. All necessary forms will be provided at this point.
