We have found through experience that a systematic approach helps us to deliver a quality job. Our general process includes:
Set-up
For interior painting, items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting, and all floors are protected with drop cloths. For exterior painting, areas are power washed or hand washed to remove dirt, mildew, grease, etc.
Preparation
Inside, holes and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled; stains are sealed; and surfaces are sanded. Outside, all loose paint is scraped; glossy areas are scuff sanded; and gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.
Painting
Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish using a brush, roller and/or spray machine.
Cleaning
Inside, any furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations; floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. Outside, clean up is done daily and upon completion of our work. Both inside and out, all of our materials are removed.
Inspection
After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete the feedback card for the crew.
